Very well built

I got this as a gift and used it with my new Fatso Body Kit. This neck is awesome. The fretboard is excellent, with no issues on the frets. You do have to install the hanger bolt. That can be a bit tricky for a novice. Make sure you get your measurements right and you get that bolt in straight. Also, you have to drill your own tuner holes. Be careful of your spacing between tuners and from the edges of the headstock. It is possible to cut this headstock to a shape of your preference. Just take your time and go slow. You’ll need to sand and put a new clear coat on, if you do. DO NOT try to use this on a six string. It’s NOT designed for that, as there is no truss rod. However, anything up to and including five strings is very doable. You’ll be glad you got one of these necks. Trust me, I know these things.

I recently had the pleasure of installing the new SuperNeck by MGB all in all with the help of the template this thing was pretty fun to do and it was a nice break from not having to build my own neck from scratch. So if you’re someone that is looking to build your very own guitar this neck is awesome start and it gives you the option to do whatever you want as it is not pre-drilled so skies the limit on the design of the headstock and tuner position!!!

A quality neck, straight and a detailed finish. This part of the total product is a winner. Mike advised me to use this on my license plate build. I am a newbie at this, and his advice is “priceless”. He set me on a guaranteed success for completion.

These necks are amazing... “super neck” is an accurate description. I just received mine and immediately ordered another. Such care was put in to making these. The slim neck taper and ever so slight radius is a pleasure to hold. Frets are nicely set and dressed. The fret dots and side markers are perfect. This is an incredibly high quality product... I can’t wait to incorporate it in to my build. Thank you MGB!
